The hotel was great for accessibility as they offered handicapped rooms. The service was top-notch, extremely friendly, and always accommodating; however, the unclear parking instructions led to a risky situation of potential towing. The location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Walters Art Museum and Washington Monument, but the presence of individuals smoking weed outside was a downside. The dining options were decent, with a good selection, although it could have been improved. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
